In case you have received the wrong item/size, please send an email to info@theitlist.nl with the following information:
- Your Order Number.
- The name of the product you did not receive from us.
- The name of the product you received instead
With the help of our Ring Sizer, you can determine the correct ring size.
Shipping
As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we can still make adjustments. Please contact us via email at info@theitlist.nl
Once we hand over your order to the parcel carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace link which allows you to track your order right to your doorstep

The shippingcosts in the Netherlands and Belgium are free above €60 and within EU €12,95.

Exchanges and Returns
Within two hours of placing your order, you can make a change by contacting customer service at info@theitlist.nl. Please note that changes can only be made within the same product, such as a change in size. Changes that affect the total amount payable are not possible; in such cases, you will need to cancel the order entirely.
Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt by us
If you are not satisfied with the products you have received or have changed your mind, you can return the item, provided it is unworn, within 14 days of receipt

Material and Care
We would like to remind you to handle our jewelry with care. The following information is important when purchasing gold-plated jewelry:
- A thin layer of 18-carat gold is applied to the jewelry made of 925 silver.
- The gold layer is not resistant to creams, perfume, water, etc. Try to avoid your jewelry coming into contact with these substances during wear.
- Do not sleep with your jewelry on.

The color guarantee from The IT List covers any issues with discoloration that may occur with our gold-plated jewelry. We stand fully behind this guarantee. If your IT Jewelry ever loses its color, you can contact our customer service and provide a clear photo of the item. We will ensure a solution. This warranty is valid for 6 months.
Discoloration: If your jewelry discolors within six months, we offer you a free regilding or replacement product. If the jewelry discolors after six months, we offer you a regilding for only €50. If your jewelry is broken, please contact our customer service. They will assess the jewelry for you and discuss the repair options. You can reach our customer service via email: info@theitlist.nl. Please include your order number and a photo of the broken jewelry.
