In case you have received the wrong item/size, please send an email to info@theitlist.nl with the following information:

• Your Order Number.
• The name of the product you did not receive from us.
• The name of the product you received instead

We want to remind you to wear our jewelry with care. The following information is important when purchasing gold-plated jewelry:

- A layer of 18 carat gold is applied to the jewelry.
The gold layer is not resistant to creams, perfume, water, etc. Try to prevent your jewelry from coming into contact with these while wearing it.

We fully support this.

If your IT Jewelry ever loses its color, please contact our customer service and include a clear photo of the item. We will find a solution.

This warranty is valid for 6 months.

Discoloration
If your jewelry discolors within six months, we'll offer free gold plating or a new one. If your jewelry discolors after six months, we'll offer gold plating for just €50.

If your jewelry is broken, please contact our customer service. They will inspect the jewelry for you and discuss the repair options with you.
