You can pick up your order within 2 hours after placing cancel, as long as it has not yet been processed or personalized.

We would be happy to resolve this for you. Please send an email within 48 hours of receipt to info@theitlist.nl with your order number and a photo of the received item.

Shipping
Once we hand over your order to the parcel carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace link which allows you to track your order right to your doorstep

We ship worldwide with DHL for fast and safe delivery.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Personalized items may have a slightly longer processing time.
Exchanges and Returns
Within two hours of placing your order, you can make a change by contacting customer service at info@theitlist.nl. Please note that changes can only be made within the same product, such as a change in size. Changes that affect the total amount payable are not possible; in such cases, you will need to cancel the order entirely.
Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt by us
If you are not satisfied with the products you have received or have changed your mind, you can return the item, provided it is unworn, within 14 days of receipt
