Return Policy

Your satisfaction with your jewelry is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry. The IT List offers a return period of 14 days from the receipt of the order.

Please contact us at info@theitlist.nl and include your order number in the email. Afterward, you will receive a free return label from us, which you can drop off at any DHL drop-off point.

To qualify for a refund, we kindly ask that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging (make sure the tags are still attached). Please note that damaged and used items unfortunately cannot be refunded.

For earrings, they cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

We appreciate your understanding and are ready to assist you with any questions about the return process.

Free returns within the Benelux. Outside the Benelux the client is responsible for their own return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@theitlist.nl.

SALE POLICY: Items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for returns
