Your satisfaction with our jewelry is incredibly important to us. Still not completely satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry, at The IT List we offer a 14-day return policy after receiving your order.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via info@theitlist.nl, stating your order number in the email.
To qualify for a refund, we kindly ask that you ensure that:

The item is in the same condition as you received it.

The original packaging is intact and any tags are still attached.
Pay attention:

Unfortunately, damaged or used items cannot be refunded.
- Personalized jewelry, such as items with engravings or custom pendants, are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Return costs are for your own account.

You will receive a free return label if you want to exchange the item for another item.

SALE → Products discounted 30% or more are not eligible for return.

As soon as we receive your return, we'll immediately send you an email to update you. We'll make sure you're kept up-to-date on the status of your return. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help.
Late or missing refunds
