In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or have had a change of heart, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number in the e-mail. We will send you our return form. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging (make sure the tags are still on). Worn or used items cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. If you wish to return these items, the packaging must be unopened.
To return your product, you should ship your product with the original purchase receipt and the completed return form.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the items (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Unfortunately our shipping costs are non-refundable and we ask you to pay the cost of any returns back to us. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Failure to comply with the terms of our return policy will result in us not being able to give you a refund.
