Deliver
Delivery within the Netherlands is usually one business day after the order leaves our warehouse. Rest assured that once your order has been shipped, DHL is legally responsible for the safe and timely delivery of the package.
Delivery within the Benelux can take between 1-3 business days. Delivery outside the Benelux can take between 3-8 business days.
Please note that we only ship orders on business days. If you place an order before 3:00 PM on a business day, it will ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
We believe it's important to ensure your order is delivered to the correct location. The address you provide is where we'll deliver your products. However, if there are any errors in the address, you, the customer, are responsible. But don't worry, we're always here to help. If something goes wrong with the address, please contact us. We're ready to assist and ensure your order goes as smoothly as possible.
If a Product is no longer available, The IT List will immediately notify the Customer and propose a replacement Product. In this situation, the Customer may terminate the agreement without additional costs.
The it List is not liable for defects that arise after delivery of the products as a result of improper use or lack of care, or that are the result of adjustments made to the delivered products by the customer or a third party.

Pay
Product prices are listed on the website. Product prices may change from time to time. These changes will not affect orders already placed.
The product price includes VAT in euros but excludes delivery charges or other additional costs. These costs will be specified to the customer before order confirmation.
