Delivery
Shipping within the Benelux will take 1-2 business days. For orders within Europe delivery will take 2-8 business days, depending on your country. Average dispatch is 1-3 business days (not including weekends).
The Customer's provided address is where the Products will be delivered. Any inaccuracies in the address are the responsibility and liability of the Customer.
The delivery period mentioned on the website is not legally binding. It is just an estimate of the expected delivery time. If The It List is unable to deliver the product within the estimated time, the customer will be promptly informed. Therefore, no rights can be claimed based on the stated delivery period.
If a product is no longer available, The It List will promptly inform the Customer and suggest a replacement product. The customer may terminate the agreement at no additional cost in this situation.
The It list is not responsible for defects that arise after the delivery of the Products as a result of improper use or lack of care, or that are the result of changes that the Customer or a third party has made to the delivered Products.

Payment
- The Website will display the prices of the Products. These prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
- The price of a product includes VAT in euros but does not include delivery or other additional costs. These costs will be specified to the customer before order confirmation.
- Payment for orders must be made through the payment methods provided on the Website. The IT List offers multiple payment options to the Customer. ( Pay later with Klarna, IDEAL, Creditcard, Paypal & Bancontact)
